Cheryl Ruddick
This is a watercolor pencil painting I did for a wonderful friend's granddaughter. She lost her battle with cancer on Christmas day. She was able to see her granddaughter open her first present which was her greatest wish. Cheryl was a loving friend whose only regret was that she would never see her granddaughter grow up. This picture was done for her granddaughter to always remember her grandmother.

I have been busy the last couple of weeks building a doll house for my granddaughter Willa. She will be Three years old. Here are some pictures of it.
I think it really turned out great. I also built all of the little furniture's. It was a real challenge but also very fun to work on. I may work on another one for her for Christmas but it will have to be bigger and better. Maybe I will just keep it for myself who knows. I will see if she likes this one. This project was very different from my normal watercolor paintings.
