I see you've been talking about cold. I just bought a little space heater called the Vornado. It does a good job for being so little, you could carry it to the different rooms you are in. I got it at Menard's and it was expensive at $60, but it should pay for itself in the first year with savings on the gas bill. I also had a gift card so it didn't feel so expensive. I set the thermostat on 62 and it kept the room at 71!
